MIKE PIECIAK ENDORSED BY VICTORY FUND

Montpelier, Vt. — Democratic candidate for Treasurer Mike Pieciak has received the highest endorsement of the LGBTQ Victory Fund, the nation’s leading LGBTQ political advocacy organization. The key endorsement signals Victory Fund’s confidence that Pieciak is well-positioned to win the Treasurer’s race and will be a strong voice for equality once elected.

“I am incredibly thankful to have received the Victory Fund’s endorsement,” Pieciak said. “It is an honor to be included among such dynamic and trailblazing LGBTQ+ leaders both here in Vermont and across the nation, particularly as we kick off Pride month.”

Pieciak received the Victory Fund’s “Game Changer” endorsement, the organization’s highest. “The LGBTQ Victory Fund is pleased to endorse Mike Pieciak for Vermont State Treasurer,” said Mayor Annise Parker, President & CEO of LGBTQ Victory Fund. “Mike’s values, experience, and commitment to serving Vermonters – especially during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic – make him the strongest candidate for Treasurer. When he wins in November, Mike will be a vital voice for the LGBTQ+ community in Vermont.”

Other Vermont candidates endorsed by the Victory Fund this year include candidate for US House Becca Balint, Winooski Representative Taylor Small, and Burlington City Councilor Joe Magee. All endorsed candidates can be found on the Victory Fund website.
